Vendor Application

Yes, I have read and agree to all terms listed below and elsewhere in the application:

1. Cedar Hill accepts food, craft, and goods vendors.
2. All vendors must complete a vendor application to be considered for participation in an event.
3. Once approved as a Cedar Hill Vendor your application will stay on file with Cedar Hill and will not need to be completed again for additional events.
4. Certain documents that expire such as insurance, occupational licenses and permits may be required to be submitted annually or upon their expiration date.
5. Cedar Hill does not allow the sale of alcoholic beverages by vendors.
6. Cedar Hill does not allow the sale or distribution of any illegal substances by vendors.
7. Cedar Hill does not allow the sale of firearms or other heavy weaponry by vendors. Any vendor that plans to sell a weapon of some kind at their booth must seek advance approval by Cedar Hill. Examples of goods that would need to be approved include but are not limited to: Bow & Arrows and Knives.
8. All materials sold should be considered family friendly and not be leud or X rated.
9. All vendors & vendor employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to all patrons and staff of Cedar Hill. Cedar Hill reserves the right to require vendors and/ or vendor employees to leave the premise if they are found in violation of any regulations listed in this agreement or regulations further explained on the Cedar Hill website and grounds signage.
10. Cedar Hill restricts the right to terminate your vendor agreement should any of the information provided on your vendor application found to be false, you are unable to provide the appropriate insurance documents/permits, or you are selling goods restricted in this document.
11. Vendors and vendor employees are allowed to spend the night on Cedar Hill grounds for no additional charge. Vendors are welcome to use our tent campground or RV/Camper area.
12. Vendors must provide a complete list of all employees participating in the event to Cedar Hill.
13. Cedar Hill has both 110 & 220 electrical available for vendors. If you need electrical, you must specify this on your vendor application. All vendors planning to use electrical will need to come equipped with at least 100 FT outdoor extension cord.
14. Cedar Hill has water access for vendors, but it is not considered potable water and should not be used for personal consumption or distributed to patrons.
15. Vendors are allowed to bring and run generators.
16. Food vendors must distribute all foods and beverages in disposable containers. No glass containers are allowed on site.
17. All vendor trash must be deposited in the provided trash receptacles. Large or bulky items such as boxes must be broken down and left in the Cedar Hill Dumpster.
18. Cedar Hill does not provide Wi-Fi or internet access to vendors.
19. Vendors will be assigned their vending location. Vendors bringing in trailers or food trucks must be aware that all vehicles are required to stay on gravel areas. In the event of rain we ask that you allow Cedar Hill staff to assist with your exit route from the venue in order to preserve our grounds from any damage.
20. Cedar Hill is in no way responsible for any theft or damage that could occur to your goods, vehicles, trailers, food trucks, inventory or personal property while on the Cedar Hill Grounds. Cedar Hill encourages all vendors to lock their vehicles and pack up their inventory overnight. Some events will have overnight security, but that is not a guaranteed service.
21. Vendor fees are considered refundable up until the last week before an event. Cedar Hill does not offer vendor refunds for weather related event cancellations, but would be willing to credit the vendor fee in the event of weather for a future Cedar Hill Event.
22. All vendor fees must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event start date in order to participate in the event. Vendor deposits should be made with the submission of this agreement in order to hold a spot for you at the event.
23. Cedar Hill works hard to curate interesting and diverse vendors for each of our events. We also attempt to offer variety to our patrons. We do not grant any exclusivity to vendors but will disclose the variety of vendors already confirmed for any event to you so that you may decide if you believe the event is right for your business.
24. All vendors must provide proof of insurance with a COI naming Cedar Hill as additional insured.
